All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once an order has been shipped, Thirst Responder is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for instructions on how to receive a replacement.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Thirst Responder is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
